If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team on the day of delivery to report the issue. We'll arrange a replacement promptly.

If a replacement isn't available, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
